30-day returns on physical items
You can return most physical products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are unused, in the original packaging and include all parts and paperwork.
How to start a return
- Email support@trendymegabasket.com or call +1 907-353-7053 with your order number (it starts with TMB-) and the items you want to return.
- We reply within one business day with return instructions and the address to send to.
- Pack the item securely and keep your tracking number.
Return shipping
If the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, we pay return shipping and send you a prepaid label. For other returns, return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, especially from rural Alaska.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
Damaged or missing items
Please let us know within 7 days of delivery if something arrives damaged or is missing, and send a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or a refund.
Items that cannot be returned
- eGift cards, memberships, software and subscription codes once the code has been delivered by email.
- Personal care items that have been opened, for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Mega deal and promo items
Items bought on the daily mega deal or with MEGA10 follow the same return rules. We refund the amount you actually paid.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel at no charge any time before you pay your payment link. After payment, contact us quickly and we will cancel if the order has not shipped.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the Alaska Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act (AS 45.50.471) or other applicable law.
